What using Touly means

These terms apply to the Touly website, app, and authorised testing environments operated by:

By visiting touly.ai, joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using the Touly app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Touly.

What Touly is

Touly is an AI-supported reflection companion designed to help adults understand themselves and their relationships. ME offers a private personal reflection space. US gives two people separate private spaces and a shared window box for material they both independently confirm.

Touly is not therapy, not a medical or mental-health service, not relationship counselling, and not a crisis service. It does not replace a qualified professional or emergency support.

If you are in immediate danger or crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified human service. In the EU dial 112; in Spain dial 024 for suicide-prevention support; in the UK and Ireland call Samaritans on 116 123.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Touly account.

• Provide accurate information and use an email you control.
• Keep sign-in links, passwords, and account access secure.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not create an account for someone else or impersonate another person.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect a person, investigate abuse, secure the service, or comply with law.

Beta and testing access

Touly may be provided as a beta or testing service. Features can change, fail, or be removed; capacity may be limited; and we may ask for feedback. Where a testing notice asks for permission to retain an encrypted transcript for quality review, that capture occurs only under the notice and retention rules described in our Privacy Policy.

Waitlist and beta invitations are personal unless we say otherwise. Free or introductory access does not promise permanent free access or a particular future price.

AI-generated responses

Touly uses third-party AI models. Responses may be incomplete, unsuitable, or wrong. You remain responsible for how you interpret and use them. Do not rely on Touly for medical, psychological, legal, financial, safeguarding, or emergency decisions.

Touly may identify possible patterns or offer practices, but it cannot know every fact, diagnose either partner, determine who is right, or guarantee an outcome. Use your own judgment and seek qualified human help where appropriate.

ME and US privacy boundaries

ME is private to the account holder. In US, each partner's messages and private summaries remain separate. A shared theme appears only after both people independently confirm it. You must not use invitations, shared spaces, screenshots, or information from Touly to monitor, coerce, threaten, or harass another person.

Invite only a partner whose contact details you are authorised to use. Either person may decline a request, pause shared processing, or end the link as the app permits.

Your content and our permission to process it

You keep your rights in the words and information you provide. You give Aurum Ventures SL a limited permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Touly in accordance with the Privacy Policy and your consent choices. This permission ends when the relevant data is deleted, subject to lawful retention and backup roll-over.

Do not submit material you have no right to provide. Avoid entering unnecessary identifying information about third parties.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Break the law or infringe another person's rights.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, or endanger anyone.
• Probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, bypass, or interfere with Touly's security or access controls.
• Use automated means to access Touly except through an interface we expressly provide.
• Copy, resell, or commercially redistribute Touly or its content without written permission.
• Use Touly to train another AI system or build a competing service without written permission.

Subscriptions and payments

If paid plans are offered, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation route shown at purchase will form part of these terms. You may cancel as described at purchase or by contacting us. Statutory consumer rights continue to apply.

Privacy and your data

Our Privacy Policy explains what we process across the website and app, how AI providers are involved, the partner-isolation boundary, retention, and how to request an export or deletion.

Intellectual property

The Touly name, software, prompts, interface, design, copy, and illustrations are owned by Aurum Ventures SL or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use Touly for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership to you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Touly available, but we do not promise continuous, error-free, or perfectly secure operation. We may change or discontinue features, models, testing programmes, or access where reasonably necessary. We will provide appropriate notice if a material change affects existing members.

Ending your account

You may stop using Touly at any time and may request account deletion through Settings. The deletion workflow includes a 14-day grace period. Details about active records, backups, and rights requests are in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Touly is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that AI output will be accurate, that Touly will achieve a particular personal or relationship outcome, or that every error or security incident can be prevented.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by Spanish law, Aurum Ventures SL is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of Touly. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer-protection rights.

Third-party services and links

Touly relies on third-party hosting, authentication, email, and AI services and may link to other sites. Those providers may apply their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites you choose to visit.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved with us will be submitted to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, except where mandatory consumer law permits you to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Touly develops. If a material change affects app members, we will provide appropriate notice in the app or by email. The current version always lives at this URL.
