When we say “we”, “us”, “Touly” — that's us. When we say “you” — that's you, the person visiting touly.ai.

What this site is, and what it isn't

touly.ai is the marketing page for an in-development product called Touly. There is no live service on this page. By visiting, you are agreeing to these terms.

Touly itself is being designed as a private coaching companion for people who want to understand themselves and their relationships better. It is not therapy, not a medical service, not a crisis line, and not a substitute for any of those.

Joining the waiting list

You can join the waiting list by entering your email address. By joining you are agreeing that:

• The email address you give us is yours, or you have permission to use it.
• You're at least 16 years old. Touly is not directed at minors.
• You're happy to receive occasional updates from us about the product, and you can stop receiving them at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to info@touly.ai.

You don't have to pay to join the list. We're not selling anything on this page. The first 200 people on the list get free early access to the beta when it's ready, with no payment and no commitment.

How we use your data

That's covered in detail in the Privacy Policy. The short version: we collect what we need to run the list and the site, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What you can and can't do on this site

Please don't:

• Try to break, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the site.
• Use someone else's email to join the list without their permission.
• Use the site to harass, defame, or harm anyone, or to violate any law.
• Republish or commercially redistribute the writing, design, or imagery on the site without our written permission.

We may suspend or remove your record from the waiting list if we believe you've done any of the above.

Intellectual property

The Touly name, logo, copy, illustrations, and design on this site are owned by Aurum Ventures SL. You're welcome to share the URL and to quote short passages for normal commentary, review, or editorial use. For anything beyond that, write to info@touly.ai.

Disclaimers

We make the site available “as is”. We try to keep it accurate, but we don't promise it's complete, error-free, or always available. Specifically:

• Nothing on this page is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
• The product is in development. Plans change. Dates can move. We don't promise a specific launch date, feature set, or that the product will ever ship in the form described here.
• We don't promise that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by Spanish law, neither Aurum Ventures SL nor anyone working with us is responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or from joining the waiting list. Nothing here limits any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute that can't be resolved by writing to us will go to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring it in the courts where you live.

Changes to these terms

If we change anything material, we'll update the date at the top and let waiting-list members know by email. The current version always lives at this URL. If you keep using the site after a change, you're agreeing to the new version.
